• The said mine is situated in Rajsamand District, Near Udaipur. The area is known as MORWAD. The said mine is adjoining R.K. Marbles Ltd.  and  J.K Marbles P.Ltd. The two said companies are the king suppliers of white marble of India branded and sold under the name of Morwar marble. Morwar is a small village where these mines are situated.
• Our mines covers an area of ****0 sq. mts. The sanctioned area for the mining is ****0 sq.mts.
• Sale of the marble blocks is done in two ways.
• Constructed Areas: It is pre-sold at an agreement with the buyer for a certain given area for a certain volume at an X amount before extraction. In this case the rates are little less, as the buyer has to pick that entire block without any condition based on quality or condition of the blocks after extraction.
• Secondly the blocks are extracted and a finished product is sold, depending on the variation /quality/size and color of the block. In this case the rates of the marble block can vary depending on the quality of the marble block.
• R.K. Marbles is extracting about ***0 trucks of marble each month. The average sale price of the marble is 1,*0,**0/- per truck. This comes to Rs.*0 crores. An average extraction cost of marble comes to Rs. ****0/- per truck on average. So the total expenses are about *6 crores. Hence there is a profit of Rs *4. crores per month.
•  They have *1 Gang Saws installed in Kishangarh.  They develop their own finished products after quality control, assorting the marble lots according to their quality and there after sell it under the brand name of Wonder Marbles much profitable prices.
• R.K. Mines are developed mines. Whereas our mines is partially developed. In a fresh mine the major expenses are at the initial stage, as huge over burden (Malba) is to be cleared to reach the marble bed. After which there is only extraction cost.
• In our mine *5% of the over burden has been cleared. To increase the productivity of the marble. The entire marble bed is required to be cleared first so that the mine is developed in a proper manner.
• We are only extracting about *0 trucks per month as we are short of machinery/ running capital. The average cost, per truck is Rs.*******0 to *******0 as it is the upper layer marbles. As we go deeper the color of the marble goes whiter and pattern quality improves which decided the quality and the rate of the marble.
